Your notes and your enquiry take different paths.
Practice work remains with you
The evidence folio, decision rehearsal and interview deck hold text in the current page’s memory. They do not send that text to our server, create an account or keep it after a reload. Downloading a text file saves a copy through your browser to the device you choose. You control that file and any later sharing.
The one optional remembered activity
With your permission, the four reflection checklist choices are saved in this browser’s local storage. They contain check states, not the portfolio text or interview notes. Choosing Essential only removes those saved checks. A small local storage entry remembers your storage preference so we can apply it on later visits.
When you contact the team
A successful enquiry stores the name, email, chosen subject, message, consent confirmation, receipt reference and submission time you supplied. The form asks for consent before submission. A server file stores these records so the website team can read and handle the enquiry. The confirmation does not mean an email was sent.
Operational information
The form uses a hashed value derived from the connecting IP address and its local handler path for a short-lived rate limit. That rate-limit file is kept separately from enquiry text. Hosting systems may keep request logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the website. No advertising pixel, analytics service or external font request is included in these pages.
Access, correction and removal requests
Use the contact form to ask about information in a previous enquiry and provide its reference if you have it. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you before acting. We keep enquiries while needed to address the conversation and relevant operational obligations; we do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.
Material you should not submit
Keep private client information, account credentials, personal data about other people and documents you lack permission to disclose out of every tool and message. If you believe you submitted something sensitive, contact the team with the receipt reference rather than repeating the sensitive content.
External destinations and updates
These privacy descriptions apply to temaloravi.info. A file you download, a browser extension you use or a website you later visit has its own handling arrangements. This notice describes the site on 19 October 2026; changes to the tools or enquiry workflow may require an updated explanation.
